Brain Death for you or them (13 July 2010)
No plot development.
Zombies run at you randomly.
Good brain dead fun until it bores you. TEAM FORTRESS IS A FAR BETTER GAME.

  Fantastic (15 April 2010)
Has to be one of the best games ever. A must buy for anyone who even vaguely likes FPS games.

  Avoid Steam (04 April 2010)
Steam invite you to go to ridiculous lenghths to install this game then Don't recognise your account when you try to login. i found that this game isn,t supported by gamepad very well you can,t turn 360 and if you install it will not recognise you again, I will never buy any steam product again !!! Lifes to short to bother with this nonsense.

Great Game, no longer worth getting (03 March 2010)
When Left 4 Dead was announced and I had seen multiple trailers etc I was instantly hooked. The concept seemed brand new, fresh and exciting. I wanted this game and it had been my most anticipated game for a long time. However there is no longer any point in me playing this game. If you have between 3 and 7 friends that will play this a lot then please don't listen to my review. If however you are thinking of just getting this game as a single player then don't bother. Also don't bother if you're going to play public games. The community has completely dried up since the release of l4d2. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a boycotter of L4d2 as I have it and I find it an amazing game. The quick release of L4D2 though has undoubtedly killed off a great game in the process. Chances of getting a game on l4d is slim. Versus for instance is even harder, you had to depend on a thriving and full community before so that slots would fill up again once people rage quit. Now if a couple of players leave it's likely that the game will never refill and therefore wil be ruined. Therefore my conclusion is if you have a lot of friends who still play this and often then definitely get it, if however you're getting this to pub on or to play the single player mode then don't bother.
