Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games (10 June 2010)
My son, Gabriel, likes very much and he was able to finish almost all games inside.

my nephew loves it! (03 June 2010)
Can't say I've played it myself but in his thank you note my nephew put 'I have played it loads and loads!'

Great for young and old alike (25 May 2010)
My 7 year old got this and loves it.

The game is actually a collection of games based on the Winter Olympics in 2010. You can either pick different events as you like - bobsleigh, snowboarding, cross country skiing etc - or play as a role play game where you have to solve a mystery of erm, missing snowflakes I think, and enter different events on the way.

Since the games are Winter Olympics many of the games are very fast racing type games - something I love. The 3D graphics for such a lowly machine are excellent.

I haven't played that many games having got hooked on just one: Extreme Snowboarding Dream event. I think this is superb. There's a lot different skills and techniques to learn that you slowly build these up the more you play it. I've played this 3 minute game hundreds of times now and I'm still improving my skills and getting faster times (Now down to 2m 51s but still got more to learn!).

In each event you can choose to be any one of 20 Sonic or Mario characters. These seem to react slightly differently from one another. You then compete against 3 other characters that are randomly selected for you. At the end of the event you can review your performance: you see your character in the race from a different angle to that when racing.

All in all a great little game with great graphics, especially if you like speedy racing type games.
