| | Customer Reviews: Just Good Fun (17 November 2008)Anyone that bad mouths this game really cant understand what its about, basically if you love music, with origional recordings which are much better than any covers that can be made (Guitar Hero) makes this game by far the best of its kind out there to dat, good track list all well known good songs, unlike the new guitar hero which has gone for all the B sides i mean why? whats the point in that? Rock Band FTW! The market fixes the prices. (17 November 2008).FAR FROM A POTATO. This game is a GAME. A real game. The GAME. It produces endorfins, adrenaline. It initiates feelings of commeradship, cooperation, synergies. It bonds bros while the... respected women dance at your singing. Can you price PURE FUN? Can you price BONDING? Can you price BONDAGE? You can, but ALAS you can price it high, we will buy. When idiotic games are priced at 60 and 70 euros, and you'll finish them in 1 day, alone, banging your head on the wall for the way you'd rather burn you euros than giving them to unfair companies... ...don't be a cheapskate and refrain from bying THIS game because of the price. Let me just say, that if you are from 16 to 40, you have more than 2 good friends, and you 've heard Nirvana before Cobaine died, went to a Whitesnake concert, and think that KISS are Hard Rock only for the Americans... ...then you are NOT complete till you played this. If you dont have it, make a friend of someone who does. And rock your pangreas appendix till it blasts ! btw am SO annoyed that Amazon actually gives as a tag suggestion for this game the phrase... The songs are great and fun to play and you get a good felling when you get 100% on a song. Do song sets and earn fans but pick your difficultly wisely or your fans will go home. Use your gig money to go to the shop and buy wikied new cloths an dinstruments and even make your own tattoos! So if your life dream is to be in a band then gather your friends as you sing, drum and stum like mad asplay this amazing game. Don't to forget to sleep though. If your excited now then go and play this wonderful game, thats after you've bought it ovcourse. This aint a game.....it's a Lifestyle!! (26 September 2008)Dont be lame, People moaning about how much this 'game' costs. Nobody made you pay that much. Seriously tho, i forked out £160 for the bundle, and within a day i'd got my money's worth... 3 months later and i still think Rock Band is the best thing ever, from the drums to the guitar, to vocals it's Straight Up THEE best thing to hit the consoles since the day consoles began! If you like Rock Music, thats an added bonus, if you dont and your just looking for something to party with friends, that doesnt involve the Wii ...then this is for you! Forget the Price, you wont be sorry! Rock on .... Rock off (16 September 2008)I do love music games like this and the guitar hero franchise. The price for the instruments & mic are unbelievable though. It's a shame that Guitar Hero is pricing itself around £150 as that makes the problem worse. For that reason I'm out.. to get the game solus and use my GHII & GHIII guitars. If and when things like drums and mics reach a reasonable price then I shall be tempted |
