(26 July 2010)the wii fit is good fun as well as getting much needed exercise at the same time :) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Fun (10 March 2010)An essential if you own a Wii. Great fun and works out those leg muscles. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Wii (I am so) Fit (17 February 2010)This has got to be the best accessory for this console - it allows you to do so many things and I cannot remember the last day when someone from our family has not used it for either a regular game or to do their exercises. If you haven't got one already - then you need to get one as soon as you can to further enhance your Wii experience. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Good to get you going.... (27 January 2010)I have wanted a Wii Fit for a long time and was lucky enough to get one for Christmas. I've used it quite a bit since receiving it however have found that there are both positives and negatives to it. Firstly I have found the concept of the balance board brilliant. I also received a snowboarding game which can be used with the balance board and it is great fun. I use the board regularly with the EA Active workout game I have and find that it has enhanced my workout. I find the game supplied with the Wii fit board to be useful for checking on your progress and seeing how exercise is improving your BMI and your balance (it measures your centre of gravity and suggest balance exercises to help correct this). The only bad thing I've really found with the Wii Fit is the game itself. Whilst it is useful to find out your BMI and track progress as part of an exercise programme none of the games or exercises on there have particularly motivated me. The games and exercises on the supplied programme are too much like games for my liking, I like to feel like I've had a good a workout and I don't particularly when using this game. On the flip side this is brilliant for those people who don't really like exercising as the programme is based more round a series of mini games and 'exercises' where can pick which ones to do and when. I have been told that the Wii Fit plus game addresses some of this and so I may be having a look at this. All in all I find the Wii Fit excellant and although I don't particularly like the game supplied this is my personal preference and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Wii Fit to anybody considering in buying one. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() great product (21 January 2010)great thing for the wii, now wii fit plus is much better but the board is still the same just the game has been upgraded with better features, great scales and fun way to keep fit, i use it for yoga as i suffer from back problems and my phiso has said since i have used it my back has been much better. It is not a replacement for excercise but a great thing to start the day and warm up and track your weigh and bmi |
